Ok just an update.
with passthrough if the file contains DD or dts its fine and plays. If the file contains mp3 2 channel stereo thing nothing works unless you set it to 2 channel pcm stereo output. You all need to enable more audio options
This file does not work with audio set to passthrough or multichannel passthrough but does set to 2 channel stereo pcm
