1. How do you reset the Fusion XS?

2. I have a server running WHS which is password protected and has serveral folders such as Videos, Music, Photos etc.
When I first accessed the server with the Fusion XS it asked me for my password afterwhich I opened the Video folder with no problems. However, trying to access any other folder such as Music or Photos results in having to enter the password again which Fusion XS seems to remember until you power off.

I lived with the above problem because 9 out of 10 times I was accessing the Video folder anyways.

Now this problem as come back to haunt me. I built a new server and I have to enter the password to it every time after a power off sequence.

In summary, Fusion XS only seems to permanently remember the password to 1 device and only allows access to 1 folder in that device without the password being entered again.

Anyone else experience this problem? Is there a work around?

Hi Ron,

We are currently looking into this issue. We are awaiting a response from our engineers to impliment a hard reset and password feature for users with multiple passwords enabled on multiple media severs.

Just to be clear, what I was trying to say is that once a password is given for a device, you should be able to access all folders within that device without being asked for the password again and again.

The ability to utilize multiple devices with different paswords would be nice. In my case I want to only use one device, my new server instead of my old but it appears that Fusion XS only wants to remember the old server which is why I thought perhaps if I could reset I could start all over again with the new server.
